Leondre Douglas is the Secondary School Faith Adviser and Chaplaincy Development Officer at the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education. He supports schools across the Diocese on Religious Education, Collective Worship, SMSC, Christian ethos, and chaplaincy development.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience in secondary education, including senior leadership roles as a Deputy Headteacher, Leondre has particular expertise in safeguarding, behaviour, pastoral care, inclusion, and student wellbeing. He works with schools to strengthen their Christian vision and respond confidently to the opportunities and challenges facing education today.

Alongside his diocesan role, Leondre serves as a pastor at Trinity Baptist Church, Croydon, and is passionate about developing inclusive leadership, nurturing faith in young people, and helping schools and communities flourish.
