The Southwark Diocesan Board of Education (SDBE) serves and supports Church of England education across the Diocese of Southwark.

Working in partnership with schools, academies, trusts, parishes and diocesan colleagues, we promote a vision of education that enables every child and young person to flourish. Rooted in our Christian foundation, we champion educational excellence, nurture strong and distinctive Church schools, and help shape the future of education across South London and East Surrey.

Through our work with leaders, governors and partners, we seek to ensure that Church schools continue to serve their communities with confidence, compassion and ambition.
