Reverter of Sites Act - Extinguishment of Rights Notices

The Southwark Diocesan Board of Education (Incorporated) has made applications to the Secretary of State for Education relating to the former sites of:

  • Christ Church Church of England Primary School, Battersea
  • St Anne's Church of England Primary School, Wandsworth

Any beneficiary wishing to oppose the extinguishment of rights should follow the procedure set out in the relevant notice by the stated deadline of 8 January 2027.

 

Statutory Notices: Educational Endowment Orders

The Department for Education has published notices of proposed Educational Endowment Orders relating to Archbishop Tenison’s School and the former St John’s Church of England Primary School, Walworth.

The proposed Orders are being made under sections 554 and 556 of the Education Act 1996 and relate to the future application of the educational foundations and assets associated with the former school premises.
