Reverter of Sites Act - Extinguishment of Rights Notices

The Southwark Diocesan Board of Education (Incorporated) has made applications to the Secretary of State for Education relating to the former sites of:

  • Christ Church Church of England Primary School, Battersea
  • St Anne's Church of England Primary School, Wandsworth

Any beneficiary wishing to oppose the extinguishment of rights should follow the procedure set out in the relevant notice by the stated deadline of 8 January 2027.
