Adeola Oladejo is a Racial Justice Consultant and an Education Adviser at the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education. She brings extensive experience as a Church of England school leader, including successful headship and executive leadership within a multi-academy trust.

Drawing on her experience in school improvement and leadership development, Adeola supports school leaders in strengthening outcomes, building capacity, and navigating inspection and improvement processes. She is committed to promoting excellence and the distinctiveness of Church of England schools.

Alongside completing the NPQEL, Adeola served on the board of directors for GROW Education Partners until 2025, contributing to national leadership development and supporting the unique needs of small schools.
