Adeola is an experienced Church of England school leader with a background in successful headship and in executive leadership within a multi-academy trust. She has supported leaders through inspections and improvement planning, building capacity and strengthening outcomes across a range of schools.

Alongside completing the NPQEL, Adeola served until 2025 on the board of directors for GROW Education Partners and contributed to national training, sharing insight into the challenges currently faced by small schools. She is committed to enabling pupils and staff to flourish and to the excellence and distinctiveness of our church schools.
