Paul Forrest is Buildings and Capital Programmes Manager at the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education, having joined SDBE in 2016. He brings extensive experience in construction project management, having previously worked on school expansion and maintenance programmes within local government.

Drawing on his expertise in educational estates management, Paul supports schools in the stewardship of their land and buildings, working closely with headteachers, governors, consultants, and funding partners. He oversees SDBE's school capital maintenance programme and provides advice and training on managing school estates.

Paul also leads on sustainability and climate initiatives, supporting schools in reducing their carbon footprint and progressing towards net zero. A former school governor and Chair of Governors, he brings valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing schools.
