Our HR service is designed to support school leaders with managing employment matters in the context and spirit of a Church of England school and, enable them to do the difficult things with kindness. SDBE Human Resources work in partnership with governors, school leaders and the school’s other HR provision on a full range of employment topics, ranging from recruitment to staffing restructures and, provide model policies, documents, briefings, case management support and training for school leaders and governors.
