Fumbi is an alumna of Newcastle University, having studied French and Business. She has worked for over 8 years in charity finance, putting her technical accounting skills into practice to support the work of making people’s lives better.

Fumbi is British and Nigerian and enjoys learning about other cultures and languages and would love to travel more.

She joined the SDBE as Project Finance Manager in summer 2023 and works closely with the Buildings Team and the Financial Controller.
