Sara Sanbrook-Davies is an Education Adviser at the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education, having joined the School Effectiveness Team in 2021 while continuing to serve as headteacher of a diocesan primary school.

Drawing on experience across both primary and secondary education, as well as a background as a professional musician and arts consultant, Sara supports schools through advisory visits, SIAMS reviews, and self-evaluation. She also leads training for school leaders and governors and has a particular interest in evidence-informed practice through her involvement with the Chartered College of Teaching.

Sara is passionate about helping schools flourish and promoting the Christian distinctiveness of Church of England schools.
